The following thermotec® pre-mixed materials – BEPS-WD 70N/90N/160N A2 as well as pooltec® BODEN/WAND Premium (FLOOR/WALL Premium) are available.

thermotec® pre-mixed material is extremely well-suited to compensate for height differences, as well as thermal and sound insulation, e.g., in flooring construction, for attic insulation, for backfilling walls and for all kinds of insulation in drywall construction.
When used in pool and swimming bath construction, it acts as a highly durable, bonded, thermally insulating flooring, statically effective sub- and drainage layer, as well as pool backfill.
The perfect insulation for indoor and outdoor pools. Ideally the pipe trenches for the pool’s connecting lines can be filled up quickly with thermal insulation.

Our thermotec®-continuous mixer is rentable and perfectly suited for your project..
With the continuous mixer, there is no need to stir by hand. Fill with pre-mixed material, add water, let it mix, and you’re good to go.
It guarantees even, homogeneous mixing of the individual components.
The possible alternatives to our continuous mixer are mixing with a screed pump, an agitator or compulsory mixer.

1 bag of thermotec® pre-mixed material weighs between 7 and 10 kg. We deliver 14 bags per pallet, which is 1.4 m3. The pallets can be stacked to ensure that the storage capacity is not overloaded.
Please note and follow the instructions on the label.
We recommend partial completion of the material so that the intended processing time of 30 minutes can be ensured.
