Challenge
The hotel was equipped with cutting-edge technology. It was necessary for the levelling insulation layer to ensure the required strength with high installation thicknesses of up to 20 cm, despite the many lines in the floor structure.

Construction process
thermotec BEPS-WD 100R was used. thermotec BEPS-WD 70N was applied in those areas where construction time had to be caught up on due to other tradespeople missing deadlines, so that the screed could be laid after 24 hours – despite outside temperatures dropping as low as -15°C.
