Challenge
A visible screed ground down to the grain in F8 quality and the large areas to be laid without any expansion joints called for precision work on this building on the Haunsberg in the municipality of Obertum am See.
Unevenness in the raw ceiling also had to be levelled out. The pressure of time due to the short construction period and the inaccessible location topped off the challenges of this construction site.

Die bis zu 20 % Steigung der Baustraße am Haunsberg wurden bei Schneefahrbahn im Dezember und JäIn December and January, the thermotec Mixmobiles and their drivers were able to conquer the up to 20 % gradient of the Haunsberg site road on snow-covered tracks without any problems.
The approx. 100 m³ of thermotec BEPSWD 90N was installed over two days.
The 500 m² of nanoestrich F8 required 3 days, the grinding of the extremely hard nanoestrich then continued for several weeks, but it was well worth it. The elegant appearance of the seamless, ground and polished nanoestrich surface conveys a calm atmosphere to users and visitors, just the right thing for this location.
