Challenge
Levelling out multiple pipes of different thicknesses and significant unevenness in the raw ceiling.
It would have been a good thing if the current residents of the student residence - above all aspiring civil engineers and architects - had been present during the installation of the floor construction. They would have experienced first-hand how thermotec levelling fills can be used today to eliminate unevenness in the raw ceiling and laid pipelines in no time at all. thermotec BEPS-WD 100R is an absolute all-rounder, especially when it comes to extreme unevenness - as is the case here in the project in Frankfurt.

Construction process
The thermotec-Mixmobile and installation column work hand in hand, as the thermotec-Mixmobile pumps consistent product quality exactly where the installer and leveller want it and this is achieved mixture by mixture. Once the extremely short drying time had elapsed, the 20 mm thick impact sound insulation panel could be installed, followed by a uniformly thick 50 mm screed at all points.
Planners, fitters and investors alike were all convinced by this high-quality floor substructure. It is hoped that this reliability will also accompany future construction projects.
